Prices are net of VAT and billed monthly in advance. Cancel or pause anytime — no minimum term. We invoice through our Estonian (EU) company: business customers in another EU country with a valid VAT ID are billed under the reverse-charge mechanism; customers outside the EU pay no EU VAT.

What does 'unlimited requests' really mean?
You can queue as many requests as you want. Your plan sets how many we actively work at the same time — one, two, or three-to-four parallel streams. The next request starts as soon as the current one is delivered.
How fast will things get done?
Most individual tasks ship in 2–5 business days depending on complexity and plan. Larger requests are broken into deliverable increments so you always see progress.
Can I cancel or pause?
Yes. Everything is month-to-month with no minimum term. Pause when your backlog is quiet and resume when you need us — you keep your rate.
Who owns the code?
You do. All work product is yours, delivered into your repositories.
Do you work in my timezone?
Yes. Our team overlaps the full US business day and the European morning, so you get real-time collaboration, not overnight handoffs.
How do EU and US billing and taxes work?
Prices are net. EU businesses are billed under reverse charge with a valid VAT ID; US clients are billed in USD. We'll sort the paperwork (MSA, DPA, NDA) during onboarding.
